Will this show up on a drug test, or affect my job or security clearance?

Psilocybin is Schedule I under federal law, and standard drug test panels can detect psilocin, its active metabolite, for a period of time after use, typically a few days depending on the test and your body. Oregon's licensed program does not change federal law, federal employment rules, or clearance requirements, and there is no blanket guarantee here.
